He deserves to have his most tender anatomical areas exposed to high voltage treatment. I love dogs, and I don't like people who abuse them. I REALLY don't. I'm not a violent person, but if I saw something like this in real life I would be going to jail for battery. WARNING, this video is NOT for children or folks who are easily upset.
